In 2023, Saheed Oladele flew to Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones to train over 1500 polytechnic lecturers.
He went from Ibadan to Bauchi, Abuja, Warri, Enugu, Kaduna and back to Ibadan after each training without collecting a penny either for flight, hotel or feeding.

The Saheed Oladele Support Foundation (SOSF) was officially inaugurated on Monday, June 9th, 2025, in Ibadan. At our core, we are a growing movement of thousands of influential changemakers and hundreds of committed executives, bringing together both technocrats and politicians; thinkers and doers; dreamers and builders. What unites us all is one bold vision: to see Oyo State rise again as the true Pacesetter of Nigeria.
